Bring an item to Sell or Trade - you may only make deals with Registered Exhibitors

Please be respectful of exhibitors and attendees. Let's have fun and buy some stuff

• All Transactions shall take place ONLY in the main Exhibit Area. 

• No outside alcohol, firearms, drugs, pets (except service animals) smoking, or vaping inside or outside of the venue.

• Please be cool. Let's be respectful of everyone. If you test drive gear, be mindful of volume and limit tryouts to a reasonable amount of time.

• We have a designated Dining Area. Please do not put guitar cases or guitars on the tables. 

• No "lingering" in the Dining Area. It is for dining and a rest stop. You may not use it as a place to sell or display items for sale.

• We love to see the next generation of musicians and this is a great opportunity for them. Please be sure they are with you or a responsible adult at all times. Children should be respectful of the exhibitor's merchandise. This event may be a little bit overwhelming for young children. Parents should make their own decisions if this is a suitable event for their child. 

If you are bringing in an item to sell or trade with an Exhibitor: 

• It must be in a case or gig bag

• No Counterfeit or Stolen Items

• You may fill out an online registration when you purchase your tickets that you may complete to save time at check-in.

• You may only make deals/trades with exhibitors. Do not deal directly with attendees.

• You must provide a copy of your I.D. at check-in and you must check-out when leaving.

• All items will be tagged and that tag must remain on the item.
