This scholarship honors the lasting legacy, fierce independent spirit, and community-driven heart of Christine Havrilla by investing directly in independent, female-identifying musicians of all ages across the Mid-Atlantic region (including Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington D.C., whose focus is mainly in the State of Delaware.
