2027 Mid Atlantic Guitar Show & Swap Meet Registration Rules & Information

PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING

ALL exhibitors MUST:

  • Complete an online Exhibitor Registration Form and submit payment online. For those wishing to register by check/mail - please contact the organizer directly in advance. Registration is first-come, first-served. Space is not guaranteed until you have completed the online registration form, submitted payment, and received a confirmation from the organizers. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within minutes of completing your registration. If you do not receive, check your spam folder, wait up to 30 minutes. If you still do not see it contact Mary: 302-402-3055.

    Exhibitors will be accepted in the order of received; there are limited spaces available. The Organizers may request images of previous space and items for sale, and may reject or refuse an Exhibitor Registration for any reason without explanation.
    Now for the fine print.

  • Be sure to add contact@franticmusic.org to your email contacts.

  • By registering, Exhibitors agree to all terms and conditions set forth by the organizers.

  • Exhibitors booths will be open for business during all show hours.

  • Any Exhibitor’s Registrations that are rejected will receive notice of such and a full refund will be issued by check.

  • NO SALES/PURCHASES/TRADES shall occur anywhere except for inside the Exhibit Hall. No trades/deals are to be conducted outside or on the grounds of the Exhibit Hall, or parking lot. Any Exhibitor or Attendee participating in these outside deals will be asked to leave immediately. No refund, full or partial, will be issued.

  • Exhibitors and Buyers are 100% responsible for all local, state, or federal taxes, or any special fees, or licenses required. Delaware does not have a State Sales Tax.

  • ALL Exhibitors MUST PROVIDE RECEIPTS showing the exhibitor's name for ALL SALES – regardless of the amount. Receipts should be 3-part copies. One for the exhibitor, and two should be give to the buyer. They will need to present 2 copies at check-out. The Organizers will keep one copy for security purposes and no other reason. No item may leave the building without a receipt. If you do not have 3-part receipts, you may purchase a book from the Organizer.
    NO ELECTRONIC RECEIPTS WILL BE ACCEPTED at Check-out.

  • Exhibitor Space - only one Business may occupy an Exhibitor Space. To share a space, you must contact the Organizer in advance of registering. 

  • Exhibitors will select their space(s) during online registration. which may not be shared, swapped, sublet, or traded with any other Exhibitor(s). If you need to make a booth change, you must contact the organizer by phone. No encroaching on your neighbor or the aisle. You may select adjoing spaces to create a larger booth.

  • Passes are non-transferable. If someone from your group changes, contact the Organizer.

  • Exhibitor agrees his/her Exhibit Space will remain open and staffed during the open hours and for the duration of the show. Volunteers will be available to stand by the Exhibitor Space during short food/restroom breaks.

  • Exhibitor’s displays must not encroach on the aisles or other exhibitor booths.

  • Exhibitors registering for “Single Table Space” must keep all merchandise on the table. Items may not be placed on the floor in front of the table. If additional space/floor space is needed, select a booth instead.

  • No outside tables are permitted.

  • Displays. No outside displays permitted without prior approval by the organizers. Table top displays other than instruments shall not exceed 3’ in height above the table. 

  • Exhibitors must provide table coverings for their tables or rent from the organizer.

  • Test driving Amps/Electric Guitars - Please limit volume on the Exhibit Floor. Demos not to exceed 3 minutes. Be courteous. We know it's Rock & Roll, but please don't break any ear drums.

  • Acoustic guitar demos may take place in one of the suites or in the lobby.

  • No tape/pinning/or attaching anything to the walls/floors, etc.

  • Security will be on premises throughout the show, for concerns contact the Organizer.

  • There are trash receptacles located on the exhibit hall floor. Exhibitors must leave their Exhibit Space clean with no trash left behind. 

  • Any Exhibitor, Exhibitor Personnel, or Event Attendee who is disruptive or rude will be asked to leave the show immediately. No refund, full or partial, will be given. 

  • Frantic Music Project, Frantic Frets Music employees/volunteers, or the Delaware State Fair, are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of Exhibitor’s merchandise/equipment.

  • Exhibitors are 100% responsible for their inventory/merchandise.

  • Exhibitors are highly encouraged to obtain insurance. Your agent should be able to provide special event insurance for you. Individuals can add their items to their homeowner policy.

  • This is an inclusive event. All participants shall be treated fairly and with respect. 

  • NO SMOKING/VAPING OR OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ON PREMISES.

  • NO FOOD MAY BE SOLD OR GIVEN OUT AT YOUR BOOTH OR ON PREMISES.

  • NO APPLIANCES MAY BE PLUGGED IN. 

  • No bootleg, illegal, counterfeit, political, or profane  items are permitted.

  • No weapons or firearms.

  • Anyone caught violating any of the above will be asked to leave immediately. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS

  • All Exhibitors must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement at check-in. 

  • NO ONE EXCEPT THE ORGANIZER MAY OPEN THE LOADING DOCK DOOR.

  • NO ONE OTHER THAN THE ORGANIZER MAY OPEN THE DOOR OUTSIDE OF SHOW HOURS.

  • The Organizer’s decisions are final.

All Exhibitor Spaces include the specified number of tables listed. During registration you will select the number of passes and chairs needed. All tables must have a table covering. You may rent from the Organizers if available or bring your own. We will provide electricity for the use of charging devices and running amps (bring your own extension cords). Wifi will also be provided.

$125 – 1 x 8’ Table, chair(s) & tablecloth

$250 – 10x10 Booth - 2 x 8’Table

$450 – 10x20 Booth - Wall - 4 x 8’ Tables

$750 – 10 x 30 Premium Booth 5 x 8’ Tables

$300 – 10x10 Premium Booth - 2 x 8’ Tables
