We are so excited for a day of fun and music here at the Frantic compound with Play Music on the Porch Day, Saturday, August 30, 2025 - Noon to 5:30 - gates open at 11:30 - the weather looks great for the event!
Please enter from LOCKWOOD DESIGN - 26412 Broadkill Rd. Volunteers will assist you on where to park. Please do not leave huge spaces between vehicles and DO NOT block any of the storage unit doors.
Please note: THE SHOP WILL BE CLOSED ON SATURDAY, 8/30 for this event. We will be open Sunday and Monday from 10-2.
We have 8 different acts performing ORIGINAL music. As part of our mission in believing that musicians should not always be expected to perform for free, our Features Artist acts will be paid! This has been made possible through an anonymous sponsor! Thank you friends!!!
PLUS we will finish out the afternoon with an Acoustic-ish Frantic Open Mic! Signups for the open mic will be on site beginning at 3:15.
Grab your FREE TICKETS online - we will email all ticket holders with this information Saturday morning and publish on our website.
Bring a Chair and a Non-perishable item for the Milton Community Food Pantry. As long as the winds remain light, we will allow popups, but you must have appropriate weights to hold it down, no tie downs - please check in with me for setup location.
Please keep the gravel path open to allow access by the farmer if he needs to tend to his field.
You can also grab tickets to win a handmade suitcase drum by SKRIBE Suitcase Drum Raffle, or enter the 50/50 Drawing - You do not have to be present to win. The proceeds from the raffle benefit Frantic Music Project.
Food, soft drinks, and snacks will be available for purchase from Bobby Chuckie's Vending, and adult beverages from Developing Artists Collaboration with sales benefiting their mission.

Frantic Music Project's philosophy is that just because you are a creative and love what you do, does not mean you should do it for free. Your talent has VALUE! Thanks to a very generous anonymous donor - our featured artists for Play Music on the Porch Day will receive a stipend!

Bring a chair and join us as we celebrate live music here in Milton at the Frantics!
Gates Open at 11:30 - please do not arrive earlier than 11:30.
PARKING: Lockwood Design - 26412 Broadkill Rd, Milton, DE 19968 - enter their driveway to field parking.
We will kickoff the day with our featured artists who will share their original music with us and then we will move to an acoustic open mic.
We are a participating location in the Worldwide Play Music on the Porch Day. Bring a chair, sunscreen, and bug spray.
Bobby and Chuckies Food truck will have their tasty all beef hotdogs, and sausage sandwiches as well as soft drinks for purchase.
The Developing Artists Collaboration will be here with adult libations for sale to those 21 and older that will benefit their organization. They will also have art activities available for a nominal fee.
Please bring a non-perishable item for the Milton Community Food Pantry, they will be here accepting collections.
There will be raffles and a 50/50 to benefit Frantic Music Project.
Tickets are free and you are encouraged to grab a ticket - we will have a drawing for a door prize and your ticket gets you an entry.
